the resort was very clean in my opinion, there was cleaners evry day to clean your villa, the pool is cleaned each night, the food is also cooked to good standard. the entertainment has slipped a bit this year, it has been the same each year, yet now there is a new animation team who i dont find as entertainignas the last few years. there is long beach not too far away. if you like the typical beach to sun on and to mayeb get a munch and a drink its perfect. i preferred ladies beach as it had alot more to do yet it is very far away. i would visit pine club again.

The resort always seemed to be clean but I never saw anyone one out clean the streets.
The entertainment was great every were you went there was a bar or club I would recamend The Mayflower. But if your not into clubs and bars there is little quit pubs here and there.
Everyone says the Ladies Beach is the best beach there but it isnt, Ladies beach is very small and always packed; we went to a lovely beach called silver sands you could do all sorts of water sportsand it is quite large.

There are over 7 beaches in the Kusadasi area so get on a bus and look around. The shop workers work on a commission only basis so thats why they all want you to buy from them. A polite No thanks will stop most of them.

Bar street is for the young at heart my advise is to steer clear with small kids. There are plenty of good places to eat and if its fish your after ask a taxi to take you onto the main road to Macits where although not as cheap as town the food is outstanding!!

When haggling cut the price shown in half and meet in the middle; if you feel unhappy then walk away. How many mums did I see with screaming babies in the summer. They did not have sunscreen and hats on; no wonder they were screaming. Please think of the heat. I saw one girl faint in the heat because she had no hat on and it was lunchtime.
Carry a bottle of water with you it makes sense.

Buying a holiday home; hurry up the prices are going up daily.
Kusadasi on the whole. We love it and go back time and time again. Cheap; fun; safe for the whole family. YOU MUST GO!!

The sourrounding area was very dirty and grubby. The footpaths were broken and hazardous and there were piles of rubble, broken benches and rubbish in some areas. In a word, unpleasant.
The entertainment was OK, but it got a bit repetitive in the second week because the same shows were repeated.
The beach itself was unspectacular, but the turquoise water was divine, and so deliciously warm.
I wouldn’t visit this resort again because I don’t like to go to the same place twice.
