Kusadasi Korumar Hotel is Excelent

The service, cleanliness, amenities, location, and look of the hotel were all excellent. Our only complaint were the pilllows – not feather pillows – and that the air conditioning doesn’t get cold enough. It’s hot in Kusadasi, so you would like to come back to a nice cool room, but the Korumar Hotel rooms are a bit too humid and a bit too warm. Small complaints. The buffet breakfast was very good. The pool is very nice. The staff was excellent – but a knowledgeable concierge would be a valuable addition – the front desk personnel didn’t know enough to steer you to the best that Kusadasi has to offer. Overall, we highly recommend this.

We used this as our base to see Ephesus, take a day trip to Pamukkale and visit Mletus on our way to Bodrum. After long days touring, it was so wonderful to come back here to the beautiful view, take a refreshing dip in the great pool, and have a drink watching the gorgeous sunset over the water. It is very close to Ephesus and some other sites. It is a nice large hotel. room was clean and quiet. be sure to say if you want twin bed or doubles. wireless worked well there. gym is small and hot. old school hair dryer in rooms. sometimes hot water did not have greatest of water pressure but it was fine.
also, I didn’t realize it ahead of time but meals are included. Now, maybe if you read the fine print you can opt out of this. So we had dinner and breakfast there both nights which were buffet style. The food was good, it’s just that they kind of catered to everyone and had this “world cuisine” where, when I am in Turkey I would rather go out to authentic Turkish places. Since it was only 2 nights it was fine and actually probably cheaper and easier. After being in the car during the day then we didn’t have to try to go out again to find a place for dinner. especially after we had a few drinks by the pool….
I would definitely stay there again.

The Beach area was really clean with plenty of “uncomfortable” sunbeds and shade. The sea was clean and warm with only a few obstacles to cross like 10 foot of pebbles and some smooth rocks, then onto sand and we fed hundreds of tiny fish that ate out of our hands. In the main resort of Kusadasi you could buy anything with a designer label, but make sure you haggle as everything can be bought for a fraction of the first asking price. Haggling can be boring and sometimes hard work but if your teenager wants all the new designs it’s well worth it.

Wether it was the wrong time of year or not i dont know but we found the resort to be very boring with no entertainment around and not mant restaurants or bars to choose from at all. As you walked through the town you would get hasseled to buy stuff even if you politly said no thanks!! the market was a nightmare with people clinging to you until you looked at what they had to sell, we also came across a very agressive stall holder as he changed his mind about the price he agreed when he saw we had more money… i would recommend oli deniz but not this resort!!!!!!!!!1

Kusadasi is a nice town and there are also loads of day trips nearby. The water quality of the beaches may be a little below what I’d like though.

The resort is grat but need to catch bus or taxi into town.
The beach near the hotel was ok but dont like sand anyway so just went on it to sunbathe at the end of the jetty!

Would certainly return in the future
